My name is Stephanie and I'm the Owner-Operator of Shear Bliss Design. I'm a Certified hairstylist and PMU artist, bringing bespoke beauty services since 2006, with 15 years of professional experience in Toronto.

I offer a wide array of services from Permanent Make-up (Eyebrow Microblading, Ombré Powder Brows, Lip Blushing, Dark Lip Neutralization...) to Hair Services (Hair cuts, Colour, Keratine, Blowouts, Nanotreatment...).

I know that it’s not always easy to find the time or money that allows you to pamper yourself—which is why I offer high-quality beauty treatments & services that won’t cost an arm and a leg.
